Kurt A. Anderson | MD


Dr. Anderson’s approach to the care of the hands and upper extremities is patient-centered. Through his years of experience,
he has learned that the best care involves patients in the treatment process and makes them an essential part of the
care team.


Dr. Anderson graduated with honors from the University of Arizona Medical School. He was also selected as a member of Alpha Omega Alpha, the national medical student honor society. Dr. Anderson completed his orthopedic residency at the University of California Davis Medical Center, a prominent orthopedic training facility.


He received advanced medical training at the Indiana Hand to Shoulder Center in Indianapolis, nationally recognized for its innovative treatments of the hand and
upper extremities.


Dr. Anderson is a member of Proliance Hand, Wrist and Elbow Physicians in Kirkland, Bellevue and Redmond WA.

Susan Straub-Martin


Susan is a  designer, lifelong learner, and teacher. She started her education at the University of Arizona and has continued her education in both California
and Washington.


Susan started her professional career as a graphic designer and illustrator, working for companies like Intuit, Warner Brothers, and Disney.


She moved into the field of instructional design in 2003 and has worked for companies like Apple, Microsoft,
and T-Mobile. 


Suan began teaching at Bellevue College putting her design and instructional design careers together to teach graphic design from 2003-2016.


After surviving sepsis in 2016, Susan wanted to put her talents to use teaching people about sepsis and its effects.
